1. Status and purpose
Editor Ultra is offered as a public BETA. The BETA is for trying the features and sending feedback; the interface shows its status and terms on the acceptance screen, which the customer accepts before entering. "BETA" does not authorise unmitigated security defects, uninformed processing or blanket waivers of statutory rights. If payment or personal data is requested for purposes beyond what is strictly necessary, the rules on digital services must be assessed by the real performance, not by the free label.
2. Prudent use and content
During the BETA preferably use synthetic documents or documents without confidential information and keep external copies. Do not upload third parties' personal data, special categories or secret professional documents unless you have checked that the necessary measures and agreements are adequate. Permissions over documents remain limited to carrying out operations; taking part in the BETA does not authorise publishing content or AI training.
Unstable or unsafe functions may be limited or disabled, with proportionate information and protection of data recovery. Users keep rights in their outputs and may stop the trial. Feedback may be used to improve the product only without acquiring rights in attached confidential documents or in personal information unrelated to the purpose.
3. No automatic paid conversion
The BETA does not automatically become a subscription. The commercial version requires an express order, a statement of price and renewal, acceptance of the applicable contract version and, where required, a separate choice of immediate start. No amount is charged merely because a payment method is available in the ONMAKE account.
A user who does not buy keeps rights in other products and has the return and deletion routes in document 12. Any remaining free features are those expressly stated, not a promise to maintain Editor Ultra features indefinitely. The trial creates no right to other ONMAKE products.
4. Notice of change
ONMAKE communicates the end of the BETA, the terms of any offer, document versions, available functions and consequences for files with reasonable notice before limitations affecting recovery. The notice does not retroactively replace the terms of earlier use; documents already present remain recoverable under document 12.
5. Rights and contacts
Data protection, security, property rights, mandatory liability and applicable remedies remain unaffected. BETA limitations concern clearly communicated expectations of stability or experimental availability, not a licence to provide misleading or dangerous performance. Reports, termination and recovery requests may be sent to info@onmake.it.
