Your details

Four tabs, all you need

Enter your details once, grouped by topic. The signature, card and QR code use them from here: if your phone number changes, you change it in just one place.

Person

Name, role, contact details, photo or personal logo. There is also a handwritten signature, drawn with a mouse, finger or stylus.

Company

Company name, locations, VAT number, REA and PEC, up to two logos, a banner and a promotional message.

Social profiles and links

The social profiles and other links you want to show, with your preferred icon style.

Extras

Patents and certifications, custom fields, QR code, action button and legal notes.

Templates and preview

The signature changes as you type

Start with a ready-made template, then choose where the band, photo, logo and QR go: left, right, top, bottom or hidden. Format and move elements directly in the preview: click an element and drag it.

View the preview as it would appear on a computer or phone, on a light or dark background. Only fonts available on all systems are used, because fonts downloaded from the web do not work in emails.

Copy the signature, paste it

OnFirma prepares a copy ready for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, plus a lighter version for Gmail and instructions for Apple Mail on iPhone.

You can also copy the signature as HTML code or an image, and download it in PNG and SVG formats.

Digital business card

The card that stays up to date

The same details become your own page, designed for phones. Publish it at an address you choose, and the QR code always opens the latest version.

  • On the Home screenAnyone who opens the card can add it to their Home screen: it becomes an icon with your photo and name and opens full screen.

QR codes

A QR code for everything

Besides the card’s QR code, OnFirma creates QR codes to use anywhere: printed cards, flyers, shop windows, labels. They are generated in your browser, without external services, and downloaded as PNG or SVG.

With the QR code for your Wi-Fi network, people can connect by scanning without typing the password: handy for waiting rooms or guests.

Team signatures

The whole office with the same signature

Paste your colleagues’ list, even directly from Excel: one person per line with first name, last name, role, email and phone number. OnFirma generates everyone’s signature with the same layout and design, and you download them together.

Anyone joining the office tomorrow will have the same signature as everyone else, without rebuilding it by hand.

Data and account

Your data stays yours

The editor works in your browserYour data reaches the server only when you choose to publish the card.
One account for all appsOnFirma uses the same ONMAKE account as xTdC and Editor: no need to register again.
Signing out clears your dataOutside a session, the preview shows no real data. When you sign out, the on-screen data is deleted, not just hidden.

  1. Sign in or register with your ONMAKE account at onmake.it/account.
  2. Open OnFirma from the ONMAKE APP area. If you are not signed in yet, you will go through the sign-in page first.
  3. Fill in the tabs, copy the signature and publish the card.
