1. Lawful use and rights
Customers use Editor Ultra lawfully and only for content they are entitled to use or for which a valid exception applies. They respect intellectual property, data protection, professional and business secrecy, confidentiality and personal rights. The software grants no rights in third-party text, images, templates, fonts or signatures. Professional work for clients is permitted where authorised and compliant with the DPA.
The service must not be used for unauthorised access, fraud, unlawful forgery, impersonation, malware, unlawful data disclosure, illegal violence or exploitation, security circumvention or knowing infringement of others' rights. Lawful defence, research, reporting or evidence-preservation activities are not prohibited merely because content is controversial, subject to law.
2. Security and resources
Attempting to access other users' documents, force identifiers or credentials, deliberately overwhelm the service, defeat plan limits or use infrastructure for unsolicited communications is prohibited. Security testing must remain within authorised bounds. If an error reveals others' data, stop accessing it, do not copy it further and report it through document 10's channel.
File-size and frequency limits must be transparent and proportionate. Intensive use within the plan does not automatically justify undisclosed charges or suspension. Users should not publish credentials or personal material to obtain support.
Users are responsible for what their AI assistant does with their keys: they do not share personal keys and do not use agents to bypass plan limits, extract others' data or overload the service. ONMAKE applies limits to attempts with invalid keys.
3. Destinations and responsibility
Customers verify publishing authority, destination and permissions. Publishing confidential material on a publicly accessible server is separate from merely editing it in Editor Ultra. Providing the tool does not itself make ONMAKE the content publisher, but ONMAKE remains responsible for obligations applicable to its actual activity.
Business Customers are responsible for consequences directly attributable to their breaches; no blanket indemnity covers ONMAKE's conduct or third parties outside the customer's control. Recourse claims must identify the facts, attribution and damage and permit a defence without duplicate recovery.
4. Reports and measures
Reports of illegal content or use may be sent to info@onmake.it, identifying the service, item or reference, reasons, essential evidence and contact information where needed. Do not attach an entire third-party document unless indispensable. The channel also accepts authority communications; it is not represented as an unrestricted anonymous-reporting system.
ONMAKE reviews reports diligently without presuming every allegation proves illegality. It may seek clarification, temporarily restrict a feature, preserve relevant evidence or remove content when required. Measures must be necessary and proportionate, explained to affected recipients where permitted and reviewable at info@onmake.it. Any applicable hosting-service notice, reasons and remedy duties under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 remain intact, without automatically classifying Editor Ultra as a public online platform.
5. No general monitoring
These rules do not authorise indiscriminate document examination or a general monitoring duty. Security and notice handling must respect minimisation, proportionality and confidentiality. Failure to identify misuse in advance is not a promise to inspect all content. These rules apply with documents 01, 03, 06 and 10.
