1. Ownership and access to data
Customers keep their rights in projects, calculations and reports. Calculation data stays on the user's device and in the files the user saves: export is always under the user's control and involves no exit costs, penalties or compulsory purchase of a proprietary format.
2. Formats
xTdC lets users save and reopen projects in common formats (JSON, CSV for xCA, XLSX for tables, .xcad for CAD 2D), print reports from the browser or save them as PDF, and deliver them to Editor Ultra with ONMAKE Connect. No conversion guarantees identical layout or functions. Before clearing browser storage or changing device, users export the projects they want to keep.
3. Ending the product
When xTdC ends, access to the service ends, but exported files and data in the browser remain the user's. ONMAKE communicates the end in advance so users can export projects. The ended plan does not continue to generate charges.
4. Switching to another service
Customers may request help with export or switching to another provider at info@onmake.it, specifying the data concerned. ONMAKE imposes no unlawful contractual, commercial or technical obstacles and applies no specific exit charges for ordinary export operations. Equivalence of all functions at the destination provider is not guaranteed.
5. Deleting data and the account
Users delete calculation data by clearing site data in the browser and removing their own files. Deleting the ONMAKE account is a different operation, preceded by a notice about all products involved, subscriptions and legal retention; it requires explicit confirmation and does not replace cancelling a single plan. Invoices and data needed for obligations or defence remain, within the limits of document 03. ONMAKE does not claim to have deleted data on the user's devices or already delivered to Editor Ultra.
