1. AI features
xTdC contains no artificial-intelligence features and sends no calculation data to AI providers. Results are produced by the software's calculation procedures, run in the user's browser; that an operation is automatic does not mean it is an AI system or that it produces a professional opinion.
The "Open in Editor" command (ONMAKE Connect) delivers the report and sheets to Editor Ultra, where the user may connect an AI assistant of their choice: in that case Editor Ultra's documents and the chosen AI provider's terms apply, and the connection is a separate choice by the user.
2. No blanket model authorisation
Using xTdC does not authorise ONMAKE to send the user's content to AI models for training, improvement, generation or profiling. Users may of their own accord use external tools on exported files: that is a separate choice and requires checking the recipient's terms and their own authority.
3. Support and internal tools
ONMAKE may use AI tools for internal development, research or preparing replies; this use is distinct from xTdC's functions and does not make every AI provider an authorised recipient of customer data. Support reports should be limited to necessary data, preferably using synthetic or anonymised examples.
4. Human review and reliance
These terms delegate no professional procedure or decision about a person to an AI model. Any future AI feature would be described before activation, with providers, data transmitted, training use, location, retention and reliability limits; it is not activated retroactively through a generic update clause.
